We work hard to ship your Ever Good pieces quickly and carefully so you can enjoy them as soon as possible. Below is everything you need to know about our shipping process.
Processing Times
Orders usually ship within 2–4 business days.
During new drops, sales, or holidays, processing times may be slightly longer.
You will receive an email notification with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order.
Domestic Shipping (USA)
Most packages arrive within 3–7 business days after processing.
Delivery times may vary depending on carrier delays or seasonal volume.
International Shipping
At this time, Ever Good does not offer international shipping unless otherwise noted for special launches.
Order Tracking
A tracking number will be sent to your email once your order is on the way.
If you did not receive tracking, please check your spam folder or reach out to us.
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
Once a package is marked delivered by the carrier, Ever Good is not responsible for loss, theft, or misdelivery.
If this happens, please contact your local carrier directly with your tracking number.

Incorrect Addresses
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout.
We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
If your order has not shipped yet, email us immediately so we can update it.
Preorders or Made-to-Order Items
If an item is listed as preorder or made to order, the estimated shipping window will be stated on the product page.
Ordering in-stock items with preorder items may result in combined shipping.
