We want you to love every Ever Good piece you order. If something isn’t perfect, we’re here to help.
Returns
We accept returns on unworn, unwashed items with tags attached within 14 days of delivery.
Items must be in original condition with no signs of wear, makeup, deodorant, or scents.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
To start a return, email us at customerservice@evergoodbrand.com with your order number.
Exchanges
If you need a different size or color, reach out to us at customerservice@evergoodbrand.com and we’ll help with availability.
Exchanges are offered for items in original, unworn condition.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, some items cannot be returned, including:

Gift cards

Socks (unless unworn and sealed)
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos and your order number.
We will replace or refund these items at no cost to you.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will issue your refund to the original payment method.
Processing time may take 3–5 business days depending on your bank.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Lost or Stolen Packages
If a package is marked delivered but not received, please contact your local carrier.
Ever Good is not responsible for packages once they show as delivered.
